This service is in great demand - because it is that good. Often it can tame more than a month to schedule a "front door to back door" review for your firm. To address a single issue may be scheduled more quickly.

IMPORTANT NOTE This program assumes your good faith desire to comply with these worker safety and health regulations. The Consultation Specialist does not have citation authority to cite you for violations, but they do have authority to put a stop to any serious hazards. If your firm is found to have a serious hazard, you will be told to either immediately stop the activity that is presenting the serious hazard until it can be corrected, or correct it immediately. Use this service ONLY if you are serious about complying with the state's safety and health regulations.

ADDITIONAL ITEM Sometimes, a Consultation Specialist will interpret a part of the state's safety and health rules in a different way than an inspector does in the future. Usually, but not always, if you have had a "front door to back door" review of your firm and the Consultation Specialist did not raise concern about something the inspector identifies as an issue, or you fixed a hazard as the Specialist recommended but the inspector still identifies it has a hazard, you can usually use the written report of the Consultation Specialist to defend yourself against a citation issued by an inspector.
